How We Keep Sports Physical Therapy Accessible

We know that healthcare insurance can be difficult to navigate. We have our own in-house insurance billing specialist standing by to provide personalized assistance to you. We’ll review your insurance coverage to determine what your plan covers and which costs you’ll be responsible for.

Physio Shop Tucson strives to make our healthcare services available and accessible to all. If you don’t have health insurance or you are under-insured, don’t let that prevent you from getting the care you need. We offer a very affordable cash pay plan for patients without insurance because we believe everyone deserves good health and high quality of life.

Two Convenient Membership Options

We’re all about customization here at The Physio Shop. Our personal training team is pleased to offer two membership options to choose from.

Unlimited Membership

The unlimited Physio Training Program membership combines personal training with physical therapy. You’ll get unlimited strength and conditioning sessions, along with physical therapy on an as-needed basis. Your physio trainer will coordinate your program with your physical therapist for optimal injury prevention and joint protection.

Here’s what you’ll get:
1 - Personalized fitness assessment and program development
2 - Unlimited strength and conditioning appointments
3 - Physical therapy assessment and as-needed sessions
4 - Ongoing health and fitness assessments (1x/month)
5 - Quarterly fitness assessments
6 - One guest pass per month

Limited Membership

If you don’t need physical therapy or you think you only need a little personal training guidance, we recommend signing up for the limited membership, which also offers student/youth pricing. Our limited membership still includes a comprehensive and personalized fitness assessment, as well as the development of your customized personal training program. You’ll come in once per week for training sessions.

We are fully equipped with everything you’ll need to get in the best shape of your life. Our spacious gyms feature pulley/cable machines, free weights, suspension systems, horizontal bars, kettlebells, treadmills, stair mills, and so much more. We even have those nifty battle ropes everyone loves trying! If you’re new to a gym environment, there’s no need to feel intimidated! Our friendly staff will show you the ropes and ensure you’re doing the exercises with correct biomechanics.
