Toward the rear of the gym, you’ll find our Dojo space. Its padded floor is perfect for stretching and floor exercises. The Dojo is near the shower room. After your training session, you can relax in our private Recovery Lounge, which includes physical therapy tables for treatments and adjustments. It’s the most comfortable way to receive physical therapy in Flagstaff.
Off the Recovery Lounge, you’ll find three private, multi-use rooms. If you’re just starting your physical therapy in Flagstaff or your physical therapist needs to check on your progress, you’ll receive your evaluation here.
